Our Story

It started with a single event—and a big idea.

The Mental Health Marketing Conference had already been building momentum when our founder, Steve Turney, got involved in 2019. Drawn to its purpose of connecting clinicians, marketers, and advocates to improve mental health access and reduce stigma, Steve stepped in to help grow and evolve the event. Under his leadership, the conference expanded its reach, refined its focus, and became a nationally recognized gathering for mental health professionals and purpose-driven organizations.

As the conference expanded, so did our capabilities—and our reputation. We weren’t just hosting a powerful conversation. We were designing experiences, leading production, managing teams, developing content, and helping other organizations ask, “How do we do something like that?”

That question led us to something bigger.

We built TURN.Productions to bring the same level of care, clarity, and creative execution to other organizations looking to elevate their events. Today, we serve clients across healthcare, tech, finance, nonprofits, and beyond—producing conferences, trade shows, virtual summits, branded podcasts, and webinars that leave a lasting impact.

From the very beginning, it’s always been about bringing people together for something that matters. That’s still what drives us—whether we’re behind the stage or behind the screen.

Our Team

At the core of our work is a trusted network of event strategists, producers, AV specialists, and creative professionals—people we’ve worked with in high-pressure, high-visibility moments and can call on to scale any event, anywhere.
